This collection of mainly single-track recordings is the result of a long distance collaborative effort between multi-instrumentalists William Csorba and Marcus Eads. William lives in Texas while Marcus resides in Minnesota.
Comprised of mainly improvisational material, utilizing both steel string and classical guitar, banjo and a 12-note gourd piano, the two artists shared ideas back and forth via dated Telex teleprinters.
Jornada and Other Yarns was recorded in the above-mentioned states during November and December, 2014.
On this album:
William plays steel string guitar and banjo.
Marcus plays steel string guitar, classical guitar and gourd piano.
